Maintenance plus momentum
Pure maintenance keeps a site alive; it doesn't make it better. So every care plan pairs the essentials — updates, backups, security, uptime — with a monthly bank of development hours for the small improvements that otherwise never get prioritised.
A new testimonial section, a faster gallery, this month's promotion banner: you send the request, we ship it, the hours come out of your bank. Unused hours roll over one month.
Every plan covers
- Software and plugin updates applied on a staging copy first
- Daily off-site backups with quarterly restore drills
- Security hardening, malware scanning and same-day incident response
- Uptime monitoring with a human notified within minutes
- Monthly form-submission and checkout test — the silent killers
- Performance check with fixes when pages drift past budget
- Plain-language monthly report, two minutes to read
Three sizes, no lock-in
Seedling (RM650/mo) suits brochure sites: all essentials plus two improvement hours. Orchard (RM1,400/mo) adds priority response and six hours. Canopy (RM2,800/mo) is for stores and portals: fourteen hours, quarterly strategy reviews and a two-hour response promise in business hours.
All plans are month-to-month after the first quarter. We can care for sites we didn't build — after a one-time onboarding audit to learn the codebase.
Ask about onboardingWhat site owners ask us
- Our site was built by another agency. Can you take it over?
- Usually, yes. The onboarding audit (RM1,200, one-time) maps the codebase, hosting and risks. Occasionally we find a site too fragile to maintain responsibly — we will show you why and what fixing it costs.
- What counts as an improvement hour?
- Anything scoped under your plan's bank: content changes, new sections, small features, integrations, landing pages for campaigns. Larger projects are quoted separately so your bank isn't swallowed.
- What if the site goes down at night?
- Monitoring never sleeps. Critical outages page the on-call developer regardless of hour; non-critical issues queue for the next business morning. Canopy clients get the two-hour business-hours response promise in writing.
- Can we cancel?
- After the first three months, any time with thirty days' notice. You keep your site, backups and documentation — we hand over cleanly and wish you well.
When did someone last test your contact form?
If the answer is "not sure", that is exactly the problem care plans exist for. Tell us about your site and we will recommend a plan size honestly.
