Settle the debate with evidence, not seniority

When stakeholders disagree about what the website should do, someone usually wins by rank. We offer a better referee: two to four weeks of structured research with your actual customers.

The approach

Small studies, decisive answers

You do not need a six-month research programme. Five well-chosen interviews expose most usability problems; a clickable prototype tested with eight customers settles most layout arguments. We scope the smallest study that answers your actual question.

Everything is recorded, clipped and quoted, so when we say "customers don't understand your pricing page", you hear them say it themselves.

Typical engagement shapes

  • Discovery sprint (2 weeks): stakeholder alignment, five customer interviews, journey map, prioritised findings
  • Prototype validation (3 weeks): clickable prototype of the contested flows, task-based tests with eight participants, go/no-go evidence
  • Experience audit (2 weeks): expert review of your current site against research heuristics plus a usability baseline test
  • Full strategy (4 weeks): all of the above feeding a written experience blueprint your team — or any agency — can build from
Deliverables

A blueprint anyone can build from

You receive the journey map, annotated wireframes, prioritised recommendations and the raw recordings. The blueprint is deliberately agency-neutral: hire us to build it, or take it elsewhere — it loses none of its value.

Malaysian recruitment is handled by us: participants who genuinely match your customer base across languages, ages and device habits.

Where research led builds
Common questions

What teams ask before a study

How much does a research engagement cost?
Discovery sprints start at RM9,000 including participant recruitment and incentives. The full four-week strategy engagement is quoted per scope, fixed, before we begin.
Can you run interviews in Malay or Chinese?
Yes. Sessions run in the language your customers think in — Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin — with translated highlight reels for your team.
We already "know" our customers. Why research?
Internal knowledge is usually right about who customers are and wrong about why they hesitate. The gap between the two is where websites lose money — and it takes about five interviews to find it.
Does research delay the build?
It usually shortens it. Two weeks of evidence eliminates the mid-project redesigns and stakeholder reversals that stretch builds by months.

What question is your team stuck on?

Tell us the decision you cannot settle. We will suggest the smallest study that answers it, with a fixed price and a two-week-out start date.
