Nine people who measure design in ringgit
GardenLink Digital started in 2016 with a stubborn idea: a website is a commercial instrument, and it should be judged the way you judge any investment — by what it returns.
From a shared desk in Bangsar to Q Sentral
Our founders spent years inside larger agencies watching the same pattern: beautiful sites shipped, applause, and then silence about whether they actually worked. GardenLink was built as the antidote — a studio small enough that every client knows every person on their project, and disciplined enough to report the numbers after launch, good or bad.
Nine of us now work from Q Sentral: three designers, three developers, two strategists and a project lead. No account managers, no juniors learning on your budget, no outsourcing.
Four rules we don't bend
Report the truth
Post-launch reports show real enquiries and revenue. When an experiment loses, the report says so, along with what we learned.
Fixed prices
Surprises belong in gardens, not invoices. Every scope is priced before work starts and honoured even when we estimated wrong.
Speed is respect
Malaysian mobile networks are unforgiving. Every page ships under a strict performance budget, tested on real mid-range phones.
You own everything
Code, design files, accounts, data — all in your name from day one. Clients stay because they want to, not because leaving hurts.
Who you'll actually work with
No bait-and-switch staffing. The people below are the people in your weekly calls.
Mei Lin Chong
Co-founder & Strategy Director. Runs discovery and positioning. Ex-agency planner who interviews customers the way journalists interview politicians — kindly, but nothing vague survives.
Daniel Yeoh
Co-founder & Technical Director. Sets the performance budgets and reviews every line before launch. Believes a slow website is a broken website, whatever it looks like.
Priya Nair
Design Lead. Turns research into interfaces people don't have to think about. Keeps a folder of checkout screenshots the way others keep holiday photos.
Amirul Hakim
Senior Developer. Builds the storefronts and integrations. The person paged when uptime monitoring makes a noise at 3am — which is why it rarely does.
Sara Lim
UX Researcher. Recruits, moderates and translates studies across Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Your customers' most patient listener.
Jason Teoh
Project Lead. Keeps the shared board honest and the show-and-tells on Fridays. If a date moves, you hear it from Jason before you notice it yourself.
Come see the studio
We are two minutes from KL Sentral station. Coffee is decent, opinions are honest, and the first conversation costs nothing.
