The harvest: recent work, with receipts

Three recent projects, each told the same way — the problem, what we did, and what changed. Client names are shared privately on request; the numbers are theirs.

Resort website booking pages shown on tablet against a tropical backdrop
  • Hospitality
  • Web design
  • Booking flow

Boutique resort group, Langkawi

The problem: a beautiful property buried under a slow, template site. 84% of visitors arrived on mobile; the booking enquiry form lived four taps deep and asked eleven questions.

What we did: full redesign around one job — get the dates and the dream in front of visitors instantly. New photography direction, a two-field availability check on every page, and pages that load in under two seconds on hotel-lobby Wi-Fi.

Direct booking enquiries tripled within two months; OTA commission spend fell 22% over the following year.

Specialty grocery online store screens showing simplified checkout
  • Retail
  • E-commerce
  • CRO

Specialty grocery brand, Petaling Jaya

The problem: healthy traffic, dying carts. 69% of shoppers abandoned at checkout — shipping cost appeared only at the final step, and e-wallet payment was missing entirely.

What we did: rebuilt the store with postcode shipping estimates on the product page, FPX and Touch 'n Go at checkout, and a three-step flow that fits one thumb. Then ran four months of CRO on top.

Cart completion rose from 31% to 58%; average order value grew 19% after the delivery-threshold experiment.

Dental clinic appointment booking interface on desktop and phone
  • Healthcare
  • UX research
  • Web design

Dental network, Kuala Lumpur

The problem: five clinics, five phone numbers, one confused patient journey. Research showed patients couldn't tell which clinic offered which treatment, so they called — and 40% of calls went unanswered at peak.

What we did: a discovery sprint first — eight patient interviews reshaped the entire sitemap around treatments, not branches. Then a rebuild with live appointment booking per clinic and treatment pages written at a patient's reading level.

Online bookings now carry 62% of new appointments; front-desk call volume dropped by a third in the first quarter.
