What we cultivate

Five services, one goal: more customers

Every engagement is scoped around a commercial outcome. Whether we are sketching a new brand site or pruning a leaky checkout, the yardstick is the same — did it grow your business?

UX Strategy

Interviews, journey maps and prototype testing that reveal what your customers actually need before a single page is designed.

How projects grow

A four-stage process with no surprises

You will always know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what it costs. Fixed quotes, weekly show-and-tells, and one shared board tracking every task.

Dig

We interview your team and customers, study analytics and competitors, and agree on the single metric the project must move.

Plant

Sitemap, wireframes and copy direction take shape. You approve the blueprint before any visual design begins.

Grow

Design and development run in weekly sprints. You review live, clickable pages — never static screenshots.

Harvest

We launch, measure against the baseline, and keep tuning. Reporting shows enquiries and revenue, not vanity metrics.

Growth our clients can point to

Enquiries tripled within two months of launch. The GardenLink team asked harder questions about our business than some of our own board members do.
Adeline FooMarketing Director, boutique resort group, Langkawi
Our old store looked fine but leaked customers at checkout. After the rebuild, cart completion went from 31% to 58%. That is real money every single day.
Harvind SinghFounder, specialty grocery brand, Petaling Jaya
They speak plainly, deliver on the dates they promise, and the care plan means I have not worried about the website once in eighteen months.

Questions, answered

Things clients ask before working with us

How much does a website cost in Malaysia?
Most of our bespoke marketing sites land between RM12,000 and RM45,000, while e-commerce builds typically start around RM25,000. The final figure depends on page count, integrations and content needs — and we always quote a fixed price before any work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused marketing site usually takes six to nine weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger e-commerce or portal projects run twelve weeks or more. We share a milestone calendar in week one so you always know what happens next.
Do you only work with businesses in Kuala Lumpur?
No. Our studio is in KL Sentral, but we partner with companies across Malaysia and the wider region. Most collaboration happens over video calls and a shared project board, with in-person workshops for KL and Klang Valley clients.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Every build ships with an editor-friendly admin area and a recorded walkthrough, so your team can change text, images, prices and pages without touching code.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes thirty days of post-launch support. After that, most clients move to a Website Care plan covering updates, backups, security monitoring and a bank of small improvements each month.
Can you improve our existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. Our conversion optimisation service starts with an audit of your current site. If the foundations are healthy we improve what you have; if not, we will say so plainly and explain why.
Do you provide copywriting and photography?
We write conversion-focused copy in-house and art-direct photography through trusted Malaysian photographers. You can also supply your own material and we will shape it to fit the new design.
